Charming rooms:
The Wieshof has 14 individually furnished rooms, which are divided into 2 categories:
Comfort” double rooms are furnished in a modern or rustic style – all bathrooms have been renovated
Standard” double rooms are furnished in a rustic style – the bathrooms have not been renovated.
Green bonus for environmentally conscious travelers:
We would like to thank guests who would like to travel by train or bike and grant a green bonus. That means: minus ten percent on your room price. *
* Please note: a maximum of ten percent bonus can be granted per stay. This only applies to direct bookings.
Breakfast for a good start to the day:
Even the biggest grumpy breakfasters enjoy a balanced breakfast when they are on vacation. Start your day in our new breakfast room with local delicacies from our rich and partly organic breakfast buffet. Choose between savory, sweet and healthy delicacies according to your taste.
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
- Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m
When the weather is nice, we are happy to serve breakfast on our terrace. If you have special requests for food intolerance, we will be happy to meet them for an additional charge. Please inform us in good time.
Free internet access in the hotel in Rauris:
We offer free wireless LAN throughout the hotel. We offer you a protected internet connection in your room, in the garden and in the lobby.
Reception:
Reception is open from 7:30 – 12:00 and from 17:00 – 19:00.
Arrival and departure:
- Check-In: The rooms are ready for you from 2 p.m., if you arrive earlier please let us know, we will try to have the rooms ready for you. Should you arrive later than 7.00 pm, please let us know.
- Check-out: until 10:00 a.m. Do you want to leave later? Please contact us.
We will be happy to store your luggage free of charge on arrival and departure.
Arrival by car:

Please park the car in our free parking lot on the north side of the house.
Arrival by train:
Via Salzburg to the Taxenbach-Rauris train station (possibly with a change in Schwarzach), with the Postbus from Taxenbach to Rauris (10 km). If your arrival is announced in good time, we will be happy to pick you up for FREE at the Taxenbach-Rauris train station.
National Park Card:
As a guest at the Hotel-Garni Wieshof you have already booked a large number of FREE services with the “National Park Card”. Choose from over 60 services: numerous mountain railways, excursion destinations, outdoor activities, sights, museums, exhibitions, swimming pools, guided national park hikes and much more. The National Park Card is valid from May to October.
